Who am I ?
Hello and welcome !
My name is Mareike and I am a certified personal and professional coach. I am also a Christian and passionate about communion with God. As a Christian life coach, my approach therefore integrates both professional coaching tools as well as insights drawn from the Bible and my personal walk with God.
I enjoy empowering people to walk in their God-given purpose, whatever season they are in. Indeed, I believe that God's plans for you don't start with grandiose events in the future, but they can be lived in your daily, here and now ! There are times when we need help in discerning what God is doing in our lives and where He is leading us to next. I enjoy sitting in the "not knowing" with people, helping them discern what God is doing and find clarity, and walking beside them as they move forward.
In my personal journey, God has also taught me a lot about how to take care of my soul. Being very sensitive myself, I have had to learn to manage my inner life so that I can live a purposeful life. That is why I am passionate about helping others to live life from a heart and a mind that are whole.
As a life coach, I do this by helping my clients become aware of and manage their emotions and thoughts in their daily lives. My clients are also encouraged to think holistically about their life, as all areas of life interact and impact one another and create an ecosystem that can help their souls thrive.
